BR10 £37,875 to £39,970 pa

36 hours per week

 

We are looking for highly motivated, SEN experienced and committed people to join our group of EHCP Coordinators within the SEN Team. You will have the skills to work in a person-centred way, in partnership with agencies, providers and families, carrying out the requirements under the statutory process aligned with the SEND Code of Practice, including:

  1. Managing the statutory assessment process and undertake relevant casework for an identified caseload of children and young people who have SEND, resulting in quality assured and outcome focused Education Health and Care Plans.
  1. Monitoring the annual review cycle of EHC Plans for an identified caseload of children and young people, attending reviews as required and ensuring the outcome of the review is appropriately managed in line with statutory timescales under the Children and Families Act 2014 and the SEND Code of Practice.
  2.  Taking a lead in identifying appropriate provision outlined within the EHC Plan for children and young people who have SEND, working in a multi-disciplinary way with education, health and care services.
