What you’ll do:
- Inspire and Lead: Oversee a portfolio of child public health programmes, from design to delivery, ensuring they are evidence-based and impactful.
- Build Partnerships: Forge strong relationships across health, education, social care, and community organisations—locally, regionally, and nationally.
- Drive Innovation: Lead multi-agency work to develop new pathways and best practices, setting the standard for coordinated, high-quality care.
- Commission for Excellence: Manage contracts and commissioning cycles, ensuring services for children and young people are effective, efficient, and continuously improving.
- Empower Teams: Line manage and mentor staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and ambition.
