Help maintain the integrity and safety of Bromley’s buildings.
We’re looking for a Fabric Reactive Works Monitoring Officer to provide expert knowledge in building fabric maintenance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
· Act as the Council’s technical lead for building fabric services, ensuring assets are safe, compliant, and cost-effective.
· Oversee the performance of contractors delivering reactive maintenance across a diverse property portfolio.
· Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks while driving value for money and high service standards.
