Education Lawyer (part time) - Children and Adults Legal Team

BR9-BR13 (£30,788 to £42,029 pro rata) 21.75 hours per week. 

 

The London Borough of Bromley is looking for a part - time Education Lawyer to join its busy Children and Adults Legal Team.  This is an excellent time to join the council which offers flexible and agile working a supportive working environment and is in the latter stages of its ambitious Transforming Bromley plan. 

The successful Applicant will have responsibility for running a case load of Education matters, including SEND tribunal cases and advising the Education department on their statutory responsibilities/duties.

They will also have good advocacy skills and appear on behalf of the Council at court and in tribunals.
