Senior Lawyer, Adults- Children and Adults Legal Team
MG5 up to £60,000 pa
The London Borough of Bromley is looking for a full time Senior Adults/Community Services Lawyer to join its busy Children and Adults Legal Team. This is an excellent time to join the council which offers flexible and agile working a supportive working environment and is in the latter stages of its ambitious Transforming Bromley plan.
The successful Applicant will have responsibility for advising on all Adult social care/community services matters including but not limited to, Ordinary Residence disputes, Court of Protection applications, adult safeguarding, mental health law, judicial review and inquests.
They will also have good advocacy skills and appear on behalf of the Council at court and in tribunals.
It is also essential that the post holder is a good team player.
